Hey friends! I’m Alex, it’s nice to meet you!
It is hard to answer the question” where are you from” without a long long story!
I lived in many places for not very long when I was young! From Maryland, to North Carolina, all the way to Turkey and the UAE.
My Favorite city will always be Istanbul, Turkey, where i strangely fell in love with Mexican fajitas. We had limited food options where I lived at the time, and the excitement of a sizzling plate of peppers and beef was a rare treat.
I started cooking because I like taking care of others. As a high schooler, I would wake up far earlier than friends during sleepovers and make a lavish breakfast for everyone!
